This is a year-long project meant to reignite the connection between man and food. Each month I will host friends/family for an entirely homemade meal composed of entirely local ingredients (or as close as I can get them!).

They will be beautiful, colorful, incredibly nutritious, and (of course), delicious.

I could do this project on my own, but I believe that all food tastes better when it’s shared with people you love. I not only want to honor the people who grow the food we’re eating, but the people around the table as well.

Great people make good food. Or is it the other way around? Either way, I’m ready to dig in.
